At AI Powered Digital Marketing Academy (AIPDMA), our focus is on helping learners continue learning and improve their practical digital marketing skills.

We provide access to live training, learning resources, practical projects, recordings, support, and other course benefits depending on the course enrolled.

1. No Refund Policy

All Course Fees Are Non-Refundable

All payments made for AIPDMA courses are strictly non-refundable.

Once a learner completes payment and enrols in a course, the course fee cannot be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Personal reasons
• Change of career plans
• Lack of time
• Non-attendance
• Missing live classes
• Failure to complete the course
• Failure to complete projects or assignments
• Not watching recordings
• Not using course resources
• Personal or professional commitments
• Not achieving expected career or business results

We strongly recommend reviewing the course details, syllabus, duration, fees, inclusions, and applicable terms before making payment.

2. Learn Across Multiple Batches

Although course fees are non-refundable, AIPDMA focuses on giving learners opportunities to continue learning.

Where applicable, eligible learners may be allowed to:

Attend Multiple Batches

A learner may be permitted to attend the same course in multiple batches to improve understanding and practical skills.

Attend Parallel Batches

Where AIPDMA is running multiple batches of the same or an equivalent course, learners may be permitted to attend parallel batches, subject to availability and academy rules.

Continue Learning

If a learner needs additional time to understand the concepts, they may be able to continue attending available batches rather than losing the value of their course enrolment.

Our goal is learning continuity — not refunds.

3. Until You Successfully Complete Your Learning

AIPDMA aims to support learners who genuinely want to learn and improve.

Depending on the course, batch availability, course structure, and applicable terms, eligible learners may receive opportunities to re-attend available batches and continue practising until they achieve the intended learning outcomes of the course.

This does not mean that AIPDMA guarantees:

• Employment
• A specific salary
• Freelancing income
• Business revenue
• A specific number of clients
• Leads or sales
• Any particular financial result

“Success” refers to learning and practical skill development, not guaranteed financial or career outcomes.

4. Batch Attendance Conditions

Multiple or parallel batch access is subject to:

• Availability of the relevant batch
• Course validity and applicable terms
• Seat availability
• Course format
• Academy schedules
• Learner conduct
• Attendance requirements
• Technical availability
• Any course-specific conditions communicated at the time of enrolment

AIPDMA may determine which available batch is suitable for continued attendance.

5. Course Changes

AIPDMA may update or modify:

• Batch timings
• Class schedules
• Trainers
• Course sequence
• Learning resources
• Platforms
• Tools
• Projects
• Course structure

Such changes do not create a refund entitlement.

Where reasonably possible, AIPDMA may provide an alternative batch or learning arrangement.

6. Technical Issues

If a learner experiences a genuine technical issue with AIPDMA-provided course access, the learner should contact support.

AIPDMA will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate alternative where possible.

Technical issues do not create an automatic refund entitlement.

7. Promotional Offers

Courses purchased under promotional pricing, discounts, special offers, coupons, or other campaigns are also subject to this No Refund Policy, unless AIPDMA explicitly states otherwise in writing.

8. Payment Gateway Issues

If a payment is successfully received by AIPDMA, it is treated as a course enrolment payment and is subject to this policy.

In cases of duplicate or failed transactions, the matter may be reviewed separately based on the actual payment status and payment provider records.

9. Career and Income Disclaimer

AIPDMA provides training and learning opportunities. However, learning digital marketing does not guarantee a job, salary, freelancing income, clients, business revenue, leads, sales, or any specific financial outcome.

Individual results depend on learning, practice, implementation, experience, market conditions, and many other factors.

10. Learner Responsibility

Learners are expected to actively participate in the learning process.

To get the best results, learners should:

• Attend live classes
• Practise regularly
• Complete projects
• Ask questions
• Use available resources
• Practise with relevant tools
• Implement what they learn
• Take advantage of available batch opportunities
